Απαραίτητα προσόντα
• Πελατοκεντρική λογική και ικανότητες διαχείρισης πελατών min 3 έτη εμπειρία
• Άρτια γνώση Ρωσικής γλώσσας – Αραβικών – Ισπανικών – Γαλλικών αντίστοιχα για τον κάθε συνεργάτη
• Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 3 – 4 έτη σε πωλήσεις
• Kαλή γνώση Αγγλικών
• Πολύ καλή γνώση Η/Υ

Η Πολυκλινική «Υγεία», το μεγαλύτερο ιδιωτικό νοσοκομείο με χωρητικότητα 152 κλινών και έδρα τη Λεμεσό, αναζητά Διευθυντή Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού ο οποίος θα αναπτύξει διαδικασίες και μετρήσεις που υποστηρίζουν την επίτευξη των επιχειρηματικών στόχων του Νοσοκομείου.

Κύριες Υπευθυνότητες
• Διατύπωση, σύσταση και εξασφάλιση της εφαρμογής της Στρατηγικής και των Πολιτικών του Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού με βάση τα πρότυπα Διαπίστευσης.
• Παροχή συμβουλευτικών υπηρεσιών σε εργασιακά θέματα.
• Διασφάλιση του αποτελεσματικού σχεδιασμού του Τμήματος Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού σε θέματα που άπτονται της εργοδότησης και ανάπτυξης αξιολόγησης απόδοσης, δομής, μισθολογικών κλιμάκων, ωφελημάτων εργοδοτουμένων, εργασιακών σχέσεων και ούτω καθεξής.

Ακαδημαϊκά Προσόντα
• Κάτοχος Πανεπιστημιακού και Μεταπτυχιακού Διπλώματος ΒΑ και ΜΑ στη Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων (ή άλλο συναφές πεδίο). Υποχρεωτικό ακαδημαϊκό προσόν θεωρείται η κατοχή διπλώματος στη Διαχείριση Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού.
• Τουλάχιστον 8 χρόνια υπηρεσία στη Διαχείριση Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού.
• Γνώση Η/Υ (Word, Excel, Outlook etc).
• Γνώση της Ελληνικής και Αγγλικής γλώσσας θεωρείται απαραίτητη.
• Ιδιότητα μέλους σε επαγγελματικό φορέα θα θεωρηθεί ως επιπλέον προσόν.
