Job summary
The successful candidate will be working in the agile product development team to create the Covve software, collaborating with our designers, business leads and software engineering partner. Working under the direction of our senior software engineers to bring a broad range of skills, from front-end development, to database design and manipulation, testing and deployment.

Key responsibilities
Working with the guidance of our senior software engineers, business leads and designers to:
• Take ownership of small packages of development work and deliver them on time and on spec Investigate technology solutions and present options for considerations
• Develop high quality code as part of the broader solution
• Following design wireframes, create front end elements
• Participate in testing activities
• Develop documentation and diagrams to support any code development
• Work as part of a team and make use of professional development tools (e.g. MS Team Foundation Server)
• Bring enthusiasm, ideas and energy to the team, work hard, play hard and be part of an ambitious and driven start-up

Required skills
• Overall over two years of professional software engineering experience
• Proficient in javascript and jQuery
• Proficient in the MVC pattern in any language
• Proficient in C# or Java
• Driven, ambitious and committed
• Strong problem solving skills
• Good knowledge of Greek and English
• Proficient in MS SQL or MySQL

“Nice to have” skills and qualifications
• Bachelors or equivalent in a computer-related course
• Proficient in Microsoft Visual Studio

Ρόλος και Ευθύνες

Ο εργαζόμενος θα είναι υπεύθυνος/η για:
1. Την ευημερία των υφιστάμενων πελατών όσον αφορά την εμπειρία τους με την Unicars και την διασφάλιση του υψηλότερου δυνατού επιπέδου εξυπηρέτησης μετά την πώληση.
2. Την εφαρμογή και διατήρηση στα ίδια υψηλά επίπεδα εκτέλεσης της όλης διεργασίας εξυπηρέτησης 7 βημάτων (making the appointment, preparing job order, vehicle turn in preparation, performance of repairs, quality control for vehicle return, vehicle return invoicing, follow up).
3. Την διατήρηση στενών και ποιοτικών διαπροσωπικών σχέσεων με υφιστάμενους πελάτες, και την μεγιστοποίηση της ικανοποίησης τους από την όλη εμπειρία της μετά – την – πώληση εξυπηρέτησης, όπως απαιτεί η μάρκα την οποία αντιπροσωπεύει.

1. Πτυχίο επιπέδου bachelors στον τομέα του automotive engineering ή mechanical engineering.
2. Τουλάχιστον 3 χρόνια εμπειρία στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών, σε οποιονδήποτε τομέα.
3. Γνώση συστημάτων ERP.
